Before you book, message the host and ask whether the table is full size, whether the cues and balls are all there, and whether it is indoors or under cover outside. A covered outdoor table is lovely on a warm night, but it is worth knowing before a rainy week.
How we chose: we searched every continent for Airbnbs with a pool table, kept only whole homes rated 4.85 or higher whose photos show the pool table, and picked the ten we would most like to stay in, at a range of prices. Nobody paid to be on this list.
